Leveraging a diverse range of equipment including offset and UV flexographic printing presses,
we provide one-stop services for everything from planning to delivery.

Our Strengths

Package Printing

We have enhanced the precision of our surface decoration technologies to elevate the visual impact of packaging, delivering products enriched with a wide variety of decorative finishes.

UV Flexographic Printing

Our UV flexographic printing presses enable a wide range of finishing processes, including pseudo-embossing, cold foiling, and window cutting, and are capable of reproducing ultra-fine text.
This technology is also recognized as an environmentally friendly printing solution.

Plastic Molded Products

To ensure the production of safe, secure, and high-quality primary containers, we operate under an advanced security system within a cleanroom manufacturing environment.

Our Environmental Initiatives

We are committed to environmental conservation through initiatives such as offering STONE-SHEET® molded products as plastic alternatives, introducing environmentally friendly flexographic printing presses, and obtaining FSC® CoC certification to support forest conservation.

Overseas Production

Leveraging the Kowa Group’s overseas network, we provide integrated management at every stage, from material procurement to production processes, quality control, and delivery schedule management, for products such as packaging materials, sewn goods, and general merchandise.
This enables us to pursue high-quality production at competitive prices.

Assembly and Logistics Services

We provide comprehensive support to help reduce both operational burden and costs. In addition to supplying packaging materials, we also offer one-stop services covering product assembly, packaging, and delivery.

Factory Overview

Main Factory (Head Office)

Our manufacturing facilities in Nagoya operate under a clean environment that complies with stringent pharmaceutical packaging standards, and deliver cost-effective, high-quality, and high value-added packaging products. We also have UV flexographic printing presses for film applications, enabling environmentally friendly, high-definition, and diverse printing expression.
We have established an integrated production system covering all processes from design proposals through printing, die-cutting, and carton forming, ensuring stable packaging production in an environment with controlled temperature, humidity, and air pressure.
Our cleanrooms are maintained at the high cleanliness levels required for the primary packaging of pharmaceuticals and food products. Within this controlled environment, containers are manufactured using injection molding, blow molding, and injection blow molding machines.
In addition, containers can undergo various inspections using inspection systems and can be printed using screen printing equipment.

Takahashi Factory

Located in the northern part of Takahashi City, Okayama Prefecture, the Takahashi Factory primarily manufactures environmentally conscious containers by blending a high proportion of high-purity calcium carbonate into plastic raw materials, thereby significantly reducing plastic usage.
Containers with a calcium carbonate content exceeding 50% are exempt from the Containers and Packaging Recycling Law, and they significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions during incineration.
In addition, all of our manufacturing areas are operated as cleanrooms, providing a hygienic environment suitable for the production of primary containers for pharmaceuticals and food products.
